- TVSH zero për procedurat mjekësore. Shqipëria nuk aplikon TVSH për trajtimet dentare. Në Gjermani, shumë shërbime dentare private dhe punime laboratorike mund të kenë kosto më të larta fiskale dhe administrative. Edhe në Francë dhe Spanjë, klinikat private përballen me kosto më të larta menaxhimi dhe shpenzime operative. For implant cases, the quoted price covers the implant, abutment, and crown as a complete unit unless otherwise stated. Airport transfers are also included for all international patients.

The trip overhead for a visit to Tirana (return flights, hotel, food) typically costs €700 to €1,400 depending on the country of origin. The written treatment plan provided before you commit to travel lists every item and its cost. Andent Clinic does not add charges for items included in the quoted procedure. The most common areas of misunderstanding at other clinics include: X-ray fees charged separately from the consultation, provisional restoration costs not included in an implant quote, adjustment appointments charged additionally, and the distinction between the implant price (surgical component only) versus the full implant plus crown price.
Before accepting any dental quote from any clinic abroad, confirm: whether the X-ray is included, whether the provisional crown during an implant healing phase is included, and whether adjustment appointments within the visit are included. A transparent clinic answers all three without hesitation.
It depends on the insurance type and the specific treatment. German statutory insurance (Krankenkasse) provides a fixed subsidy (Festzuschuss) for certain restorative treatments that can in principle be claimed for treatment received abroad within the EU or EEA. Albania is not in the EU or EEA, which limits direct reimbursement. However, German supplementary dental insurance (Zahnzusatzversicherung) may partially reimburse treatment abroad, and some policies have been used for Albanian treatment claims with the right documentation.

No generic, unbranded, or regionally manufactured alternatives are used. Both are the same manufacturers used by leading implant centres across Germany, France, Spain, and Italy. The specific implant model placed is confirmed in the treatment plan before any commitment is made, and the packaging is shown to the patient before opening on surgery day. The batch number is recorded in the clinical discharge documentation.
The implant is a medical device that stays in the body for life. The brand determines three things: the depth of clinical evidence base supporting the long-term survival rates you can expect, the availability of compatible components for any future crown replacement or prosthetic maintenance, and the ability of any dentist anywhere in the world to work with your implant using the documentation provided.
A patient who received a Straumann implant in Tirana and returns to Munich five years later can walk into any implantologist, show the Andent discharge documentation with the exact Straumann model reference, and that dentist can order the exact compatible abutment needed. - The All-on-4 angled posterior implant technique was specifically designed to work with available anterior bone in patients with posterior resorption, avoiding the sinus in many cases where conventional upright implants would require augmentation.

All-on-4 uses four implants per arch, with the two posterior implants placed at 30 to 45 degrees to maximise bone contact and avoid the sinus. 3.200 euro për arkadë në Klinikën Andent Tiranë (të dyja arkadat 6.400 euro). Përfshin katër implante premium, protezë të përkohshme të njëjtën ditë dhe arkadë me kurorë zirkoni përfundimtare. Krahasuar me 14.000-22.000 euro në Gjermani, 12.000-18.000 euro në Francë, 10.000-16.000 euro në Spanjë, 11.000-18.000 euro në Itali. Kursimi është 70-77 për qind.
A ËSHTË I SIGURT TRAJTIMI DENTAR NË SHQIPËRI?
Po. Shqipëria ka profesion dentar të rregulluar të mbikëqyrur nga Ministria e Shëndetësisë së Shqipërisë. Klinika Andent përdor implante Straumann dhe Nobel Biocare, operon sipas standardeve të sterilizimit ISO, dhe ka mbi 348+ vlerësime 5-yje të verifikuara në Google të grumbulluara gjatë 18 vitesh. Të gjithë dentistët zotërojnë kualifikime dentare evropiane të akredituara.
SA KOHË DUHET TË QËNDROJ NË SHQIPËRI PËR TRAJTIM DENTAR?
Implante dentare: 2 vizita prej 2-4 ditësh, 3-6 muaj larg njëra-tjetrës. All-on-4 ose All-on-6: 1 vizitë prej 5-7 ditësh. kurora dentare: 1 vizitë prej 4-5 ditësh. faseta dentare: 1 vizitë prej 5-6 ditësh. Aligner transparentë: 1 vizitë fillestare prej 3-4 ditësh, pastaj vizita periodike kthimi ose monitorim në distancë. Breke ortodontike: vendosja fillestare + vizita rregullimi çdo 6-10 javë.
